Rat Bastards!

I received this email in my inbox today:

This requires an update of your billing information. Please take several minutes out of your
online experience and update your billing records. You will not run into future problems with
our online services.
However, failure to update your records will result in your account termination. Please update
your records right now.
Once you have updated your account records your eBay session will not be interrupted.
Please click here to update your billing records.

Thank you for your time.

First of all, I know it's a scam. If your one of the 3 people who read my blog, your probably tech savvy enough to know it's a scam as well. So ok,I delete the file and move on with my life...but, for some reason it pisses me off! I'm ticked because these fuckers think that I'm that so dumb that I would send my credit card info to them.

Oh and this if funny, if you click on the link they not only ask for your credit card information. They ask for your social security number, your mothers maiden name and your fawkin' pin number for your ATM! Criminy! But I'll tell you what really churns my butter, is that I know that some poor shlub is going to fall for it. Some fella is going to plug in all his info and then his whole financial future is fucked. Ah well, it's a dangerous out there cruisin' on the ole' info highway. It's more like mad max then scenic route 90, so don't forget your shoulder pads and helmets.

By the way, I've sent the email to the folks a ebay and maybe, just maybe, these rat bastards will get caught.
