Romney to Challenge Gay Marriage Ruling

Upon reading this article, I decided that I don't like Mitt and thought I should write to the fella (his email address is: GOffice@state.ma.us, in case you'd like to join me in pointing out is jackassery). Anyway, here's what I wrote:


Hello Gov. Office type Person,

I'm not sure if your taking putting together a running tally of what people think of Mitt Romney's announcement that he believes "Marriage is an institution between a man and a woman" But if you, are please put check in the "Thinks He's a Jack-ass" column for me.

And let him know that there is a way to make allot of people happy, while not taking away from the sanctity of the marriage, by simply allowing for the same protection for same-sex couples under the law. Simply recognize that it's a union and give them the same rights. You don't even have to call it marriage, you could call it "Union of Person's" or "Something like a Marriage, But Not." Anyway, it would be a nice compromise.
