No, it was actually called The Rail. It closed, like, 20 years ago? Maybe more than that. They used to serve milk in cow-shaped cups, and they had a sundae called "The Gay Nutties." Needless to say, it ruled. At least, as far as I remember. I only have the vaguest memories of it.
