DESCRIPTION:
In 1910, the crew of an enterprising merchant ship attempted the recently charted North West Passage in an unregistered voyage bound from Oslo to San Francisco. Just off the coast of Prince Wales Island, the challenges they faced in: operating their vessel, surviving the harsh environment, and coping with the constant gnawing and persistant l'appel du vide inherant to life above the 66th parralel, compounded to pull the crew into darkness beneath a sun which never sets.
